Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or transferred to another company for its messaging programs. Disclosure of personal Information via links to third party services and applications. Using our websites or services may link you to third party websites, services, and applications. TFund Capital is not responsible for any personal information collected by such third parties which use is governed through the third party’s website’s privacy policies. Any interactions you have with these websites, services, or applications are beyond the control of TFund Capital. When you post information to or through such services, those websites’ privacy policies apply. We urge you to read the privacy and security policies of any external websites before providing any personal information while accessing those websites.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a TFund Capital text message or by contacting us. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your cancellation. No further messages will be sent under the opted-out program unless you provide a new opt-in.

For additional messaging terms, please review TFund Capital’s Terms of Use.
TFund Capital may retain your information for a period of time consistent with the original purpose of collection, legitimate business interests, to conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
7. Conflicts with this Privacy Statement
Applicable law or regulation prevails where it conflicts with this Privacy Statement. A separate agreement may govern particular products, services, or processing arrangements, but it does not override the restrictions on using or sharing mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent for marketing or promotional purposes described in Section 3.
